Well, she isn't winning so it's a moot point.

She'd have to receive 70% of the votes from here on out to win. Obama is leading in nearly every one of the primaries left. It's almost impossible for her to win now.

His speech was a general election speech, not a democratic convention speech. Basically, he was talking like the democratic candidate, not someone still in a race. He went after the middle voters and attacked McCain/Bush. Barely made any mention of the current race or Hilary, like he wasn't concerned with it any more.
