Zercher Deadlifts, Snatch Grip Deadlifts, and Weighted back-hypers all worked tremendously well for me.

Also, if you've stalled out on 5 x 5, do some 3 rep sets, heavy singles close to your 1RM, and be sure to rest it up for at least 3-4 days between heavy sessions.
Another tip: Work the front too. A stable front plate of abs seems to help stabilize for lower back lifts.
Be sure to eat a proper Post Workout meal/ nutrition as well.

Fuck yeah its okay, in fact its virtually necessary to keep the body guessing and to provide nutrients that you don't normally get. Follow the 90% rule. If 9 out 10 meals are healthy, you are doing fine. This means you'll get 4 cheat meals a week.

Enemas are more or less useless unless you need to drop an extra 1/2 lb.

Go hard. You know the DOMs are coming. Good post workout diet, Magnesium, and active recovery techniques will keep the worst it at tolerable levels. Drink lots of water too.
