| Also, if you've stalled out on 5 x 5, do some 3 rep sets, heavy singles close to your 1RM, and be sure to rest it up for at least 3-4 days between heavy sessions. Another tip: Work the front too. A stable front plate of abs seems to help stabilize for lower back lifts. Be sure to eat a proper Post Workout meal/ nutrition as well. | |

| Fuck yeah its okay, in fact its virtually necessary to keep the body guessing and to provide nutrients that you don't normally get. Follow the 90% rule. If 9 out 10 meals are healthy, you are doing fine. This means you'll get 4 cheat meals a week. | |
